Problem We Are Trying to Solve
50,000 children in the UK are exploited by gangs every year. These young people are at risk of abuse, incarceration and serious violence.
How We Are Going To Do It
This year, Credit Suisse employees will be raising funds for the SOS+ programme – early intervention workshops in primary schools to educate children on the dangers of gangs, exploitation and knife crime. The sessions are delivered by facilitators who have lived experience of these issues, and can relate to young people going through similar situations.
We want to empower young people across the UK to stay safe, and make positive choices for their futures. Together, we can change the game.
Long Term Impact
With Credit Suisse’s support, St Giles Trust will deliver sessions to 100,000 young people at risk of becoming involved in gangs.
What We Need To Do
We need your support to fundraise so that we can support more vulnerable young people currently at risk of gang involvement and knife crime.
