CIRIS

The Center for International Relations and International Security (CIRIS) was founded by alumni of American Military University & Sigma Iota Rho, and incorporated in 2019 in Delaware. CIRIS is a nonpartisan, nonprofit research organization dedicated to providing insights and policy solutions for students, professionals, and decision-makers. CIRIS is a veteran-led organization.

Our mission is to do research and promote the fields of International Relations and International Security on a local and global/international level.

CIRIS focuses on its mission by conducting research, publishing articles in journals, providing education, and serving as a single point of contact as an organization. This means that we offer students and professionals the opportunity to interact with each other on our platform, bridging the gap between them.

CIRIS not only focuses on the academic aspect of international relations but also on the situation on the ground. This includes working with students and professionals who deal every day with topics such as human trafficking and translating this into policy that may help students, professionals, policy makers, etc.
