Women For Freedom ETS

Women For Freedom (WFF) is an independent, non-partisan, humanitarian organization founded to fight against the discrimination and exploitation of women and children in Italy and around the world. It was established in 2014 in Marostica (ITALY) by 4 friends who firmly believed that the freedom of women and children is a fundamental requirement for a better world. Since 2024 WFF is a recognized NGO for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
WFF’s Mission:
•    Provide protection, assistance, and rehabilitation to women and children who are victims of trafficking, human exploitation, violence, and poverty.
•    Promote a culture of respect for human rights and children's rights.
WFF’s Vision:
To live in a world free from violence and the exploitation of the most vulnerable human beings—women and children.
WFF’s Values:
Humanity, freedom, autonomy, independence, and transparency.
Over the past nine years, the association has operated in Italy, India, Cameroon, Nepal, Bolivia, Togo, and Romania, implementing over 100 projects and supporting more than 120,000 women and children, primarily by combating social exclusion, human trafficking, prostitution, and domestic violence.
WFF's operational philosophy is to empower women and children, avoiding dependency on aid while providing them with the tools and skills needed to support a process of free and full self-determination. This approach aligns with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Current Focus Areas:
•    Work and social reintegration for individuals in particularly vulnerable situations (Italy).
•    Support for girls' education to counteract human trafficking, early marriages, and/or involvement in informal economic circuits (Nepal, India, Cameroon, Togo).
•    Income-generating activities through microcredit initiatives and entrepreneurship training (Bolivia, Nepal, Cameroon).
•    Hygiene education and healthcare access (Nepal, Cameroon).
