ConSol Berufliche Perspektiven

Protected workplaces provide people with mental or physical impairments the opportunity to participate in the workforce and integrate socially into society.  

Individuals receiving an IV pension (disability pension) or undergoing professional reintegration have the opportunity to work in one of five areas: glass, paper, textiles, gastronomy or office work.  

ConSol offers training programs for learners with increased support needs and supports apprentices in the general job market across all professions, with the goal of securing a successful transition after completing their apprenticeship.
