Our mission is to create real and sustainable impact through the HEMLATA 100 (H100) Initiative by empowering talented girls from India’s lowest socio-economic class with scholarships to quality tertiary education, supported by an individual Mentor and Life-Skills training. Inter-disciplinary webinars, outdoor learning and internships, round off the scholarship. As a social impact project aimed at leveling the playing field, our belief is that the H100 scholars will act as advocates for education and gender equality and will evolve into change-makers, uplifting their communities. Our mission is to create real and sustainable impact through the HEMLATA 100 (H100) Initiative by empowering: - Talented girls from India’s lowest socio-economic class with scholarships to quality tertiary education. - First generation young girls with grit and determination who have completed school but have no means to further education - Girls from tribal communities and/or the lowest caste, as well as girls from single parent families who wish to break their cycle of inter-generational poverty and uplift their families
