Urban Pathways

As a data-driven and innovative leader, Urban Pathways ensures that at-risk and homeless New Yorkers have the housing, services and support they need to be self-sufficient.

For 45 years, Urban Pathways has engaged New York City’s homeless single adults, many of whom live with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Our continuum of services provides housing and comprehensive support to help each individual on their journey. Many of the people we serve participate in multiple programs along this continuum as they move toward permanent housing and greater independence.
