ACOPO exists to support people facing addictions and vulnerable life situations by providing access to counseling, recovery programs, medical guidance, and long-term reintegration support.
We work to restore dignity, rebuild lives, and strengthen communities through prevention, education, and compassionate care.

Our mission is to create Romania’s first integrated rehabilitation center offering safe detox services, psychological treatment, social support, and continuous follow-up for individuals struggling with alcohol, drug, behavioral, or emotional dependencies.
We partner with institutions, specialists, and community members to offer transparent, accessible, and sustainable help for those who need it most.
