Girl Be Heard Institute

Girl Be Heard (GBH) is a direct-service charitable organization that develops, amplifies and celebrates the voices of girls, young women & TGNC youth (ages 12-21) from under-represented communities in NYC. GBH participants are drawn from resource-challenged communities of color who identify as black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, differently abled, and those involved in the juvenile justice or foster care systems
