Innocence Project
Mission
Since 1989, more than 365 people have been exonerated by DNA testing in the United States, and hundreds more have been exonerated through other means. The Innocence Project has exonerated more than 200 people who were wrongfully convicted, and works nationwide to identify, rectify and prevent wrongful convictions.
